Returns & Exchanges
At ReStore, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned furniture and decor must be in original, unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your ReStore account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack with Care
Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
